The heart of Ballingdon is the Great Hall. The huge dining hall can accommodate all our guests for dinner around the bespoke oak dining table which was handbuilt for the Hall. At one end of the room is a large fireplace which is perfect for keeping our guests warm in the colder months. The room is decorated with antiques and pictures to accentuate the character of the room. Guests can sit and read in comfort on one of the leather armchairs.
The Great Hall has a sprung dance floor which would have been used in days gone by for lavish parties. The hall can be cleared to accommodate the many activities we offer our guests such as yoga and pilates especially when the weather restricts access to the garden for these activities. Although the hall comes to life when our guests enjoy one of Ballingdon’s lavish dinners.
