The Gainsborough room is named after the famous local painter Thomas Gainsborough who painted the Ballingdon estate in some of his pictures.
The room has a hand-carved, four poster, canopy bed which has been at Ballingdon for generations. The luxurious room has its own en-suite bathroom with furniture befitting its surroundings.
The room has beautiful views across the gardens and lawns which reach into the woods that surround the Ballingdon estate. The view is perfect for watching wildlife.
