We live in a time where the pandemic has disrupted all areas of people’s lives. These day and residential workshops help you navigate through the different kinds of loss and disruption that you may have been experiencing and will help you get back on track, and live your life to its full potential. Workshops and 1-1’s take place either over one or two days and are offered in small groups.
Navigating through Loss
Different kinds of losses are common right now. Some people have lost loved ones to Covid, but others have lost jobs, the pattern of work and life they used to have or relationships. This workshop helps you navigate through the different kinds of loss and disruption that you may have been experiencing.
Navigating through Stress
We live in stressful times. People are generally more stressed and anxious than ever. The upheavals, unpredictability and disruption of the past couple of years have left many with a constant sense of unease and anxiety. This can lead to destructive ways of self-soothing like overeating, bingeing Netflix, drinking or other addictions. This workshop focuses on healthy and effective ways to reduce stress.
Each day there will be:
- 1 session of teaching input on the topic. One in the morning. One in the afternoon.
- 1-1 coaching session:
- Massage therapy sessions
- Meditation session available
- Time to walk around the grounds and engage in fitness activities such as yoga
- Evening meal and a chance to share experiences with each other.
