A Journey Through the Senses is a one day retreat for guests who wish to quieten a busy mind, reconnect to themselves and feel deeply relaxed and restored.


A busy life can cause us to become numbed out to ourselves, so taking some time out to heighten our senses and notice how we feel helps us to trust our bodies and strengthen our intuition.


  • Awaken your senses to the sounds and sensations of nature with a morning meditation in the beautiful grounds of Ballingdon

  • Reconnect to your body and experience a sense of ease and calm with Strala Yoga and self-love practices

  • Re-energize and awaken your taste buds with a healthy vegan/vegetarian lunch.

  • Using beautiful oracle cards and journaling to express your unheard self

  • Restorative Yoga to calm and ease the body

  • Enter a dreamlike state with Sound Healing to synchronise your brain waves, achieve profound states of relaxation and restore the vibratory frequencies of the cells in your body
